Founder and President Mike Rollins, started working for a custom home builder at the age of fifteen. Seeing the construction process from start to finish over many projects sparked his interest in the construction business. Throughout his high school and college education, he worked for several prominent commercial general contractors to expand his knowledge and experience to the commercial sector.
Upon graduation from Georgia Southern University, he found success managing complex multi-phase projects for The Christman Company, a "Top 100 ENR Company", quickly making evident his leadership capabilities. In 2013, Mike moved back to the Lowcountry, joining Richard Best Custom Homes. Building luxury custom homes in Palmetto Bluff, Mike has worked closely with many discerning, enthusiastic, and involved clients. This background has exposed him to a wide range of clients and architects, and has provided him the opportunity to apply his building expertise to challenging and unique designs. Partnering with esteemed industry leaders has also given him a deep understanding of the best construction practices and business tools. His commitment is to forge a clear and helpful dialogue between you, your architects and designers, and the Paparone & Rollins team.
Being a proud member of the local community, Mike understands in order to succeed long term, it is imperative we conduct our affairs in a manner that will benefit the community and result in lasting relationships with quality neighborhoods that we are proud of. Mike and his wife, Erin, live in Bluffton along with their daughter, McKendree.
