Founders Mike Rollins and Bruce Paparone began their journey together with a handshake commitment to provide an elevated home buying experience in South Carolina. 

As President of P&R Homes, Mike Rollins brings an enthusiasm and expertise that he started developing at age 15, when he began working for a custom home builder. After graduating from Georgia Southern University and an early career in commercial construction, he moved back to the Lowcounty to join Richard Best Custom Homes where he began building distinct, luxury custom homes in Palmetto Bluff. 

Through Richard Best, Mike met Bruce Paparone and the two connected over a shared interest in providing a high quality, personal approach to home building. The Paparone family has been building homes for over 60 years, and is renowned for their commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

In 2015, Bruce and Mike formed Paparone & Rollins, combining the strong legacy and stability of the Paparone name with Mike’s leadership, expertise, and roots in the Bluffton community.
